A community production produced by sampad, South Asian Arts of the love story Layla Majnu. This was staged at the Arena at Midlands Arts Centre, Birmingham in 2004.
The community hall at Bengali Association Midlands, Winson Green Birmingham comes alive during the annual Durga Poojo (2006) celebrations. Durga Poojo is a five day annual Hindu festival celebrated by people from Bengal and is the most important five days in the social calendar! This photo shows people coming to the hall to participate in the evening's festivities.
